Information collected through the quote form

When you submit the quote request form on this site, the information you enter — your name, phone number, service address or city, and any optional email or notes — is sent directly to 434 Backflow via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, so your request can be responded to. That information is used only to follow up about your backflow testing, repair, or installation request. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing unrelated to that request.

Formspree processes the submission on 434 Backflow's behalf and may retain a copy of submitted messages according to its own privacy policy. See Formspree's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

Information collected by the site itself
